Yes, you can reschedule or cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice. Rescheduling within less than 24 hours may incur a small fee depending on availability.

Q: How quickly can I expect services to be completed?

Turnaround times vary by service and depend on document completeness, scheduling availability, and project scope. Below are our general timelines, with Rush Service available for urgent needs.

Tax Preparation

  • CVITP (Free Tax Program): Completed within 12 hours to 3 business days after all required documents are received.

  • Paid Tax Services (Individual, Self-Employed, Corporate): Most returns are finalized within 4 hours to 7 business days following complete intake.

 

Technology Support

  • Residential Tech Help: Issues are typically resolved within a few hours to 5 business days, depending on complexity.

  • Commercial Tech Support: Support requests are prioritized based on urgency and generally addressed within 4 hours to 5 business days.

  • Device Repairs: Standard repairs are completed in one hour to 7 business days, excluding parts delays.

 

Admin Support

  • For active clients, most requests are completed within 1 to 3 business days.

  • Ongoing admin or executive packages are handled based on a mutually agreed weekly or monthly schedule.
