  • Accounting & Financial Management: Xero (accounting software and invoice management).

  • Booking & Scheduling: TidyCal (appointment and calendar management).
  • Automation Tools: Zapier, Make (Integromat), Albato (process automation and data synchronization).

These services are used strictly for operational purposes and never for unsolicited marketing or data resale.

Information shared with third-party providers is limited to what is required for the performance of their contracted functions.

Each provider is required to:
