2. Authorized Use
Access to the Platform is granted solely for legitimate business or service purposes between Techquila Freelancing Inc. and the client.
Users agree to:
- Use the Platform only for lawful purposes.
- Keep login credentials secure and confidential.
- Ensure uploaded documents and content belong to them or are lawfully authorized for submission.
- Avoid engaging in activities that may compromise system integrity or data security.
Unauthorized access, misuse, or sharing of accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension or termination of access.
3. Account Security
Each user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and all activity conducted under their account.
To protect both user and company data:
- Passwords must not be shared or reused across multiple platforms.
- Access should be terminated immediately if unauthorized use is suspected.
- Techquila Freelancing Inc. should be notified promptly of any security concerns or account compromise.
All access and data transmission are protected using secure encryption and authentication protocols.

Information processed through the Platform—including uploads, messages, and interactions—is used solely to provide services, manage client relationships, and maintain accurate business records.
