Techquila Freelancing Inc. guarantees that:

Timelines, deliverables, and communication commitments will be upheld unless otherwise delayed by mutual agreement, client-related factors, or external circumstances beyond control.
Note: Satisfaction guarantees apply only to clearly defined service scopes. Dissatisfaction based solely on subjective preferences (e.g., design, tone, or style) does not qualify for a refund, though corrective service may be offered at our discretion.
What Is Not Guaranteed
While every effort is made to achieve excellence, certain results cannot be guaranteed. This includes:

Specific financial, business, or performance outcomes resulting from service use.

Compatibility or continued performance of third-party software, apps, or tools not owned or managed by Techquila Freelancing Inc.

Future compliance, accuracy, or success if professional recommendations are not followed.

Legal, accounting, or tax results unless the service explicitly involves licensed professionals in those areas.
Limitation of Liability
Techquila Freelancing Inc. will not be held liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, data, or opportunities.

Errors or delays caused by incomplete, inaccurate, or late information from the client.

Disruptions or failures of third-party systems, including hosting, payment processors, or file storage tools.

Issues stemming from client-supplied content or materials that cause technical or legal complications.
In all cases, total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
Force Majeure
Techquila Freelancing Inc. shall not be responsible for service delays or interruptions caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Natural disasters, illness, power outages, or internet disruptions.

Platform failures, system crashes, or governmental restrictions.
In such events, reasonable accommodations will be made, and updated timelines will be provided.

By engaging Techquila Freelancing Inc., clients acknowledge and accept this policy as part of their service agreement.
