Yes, we offer secure remote IT support to resolve issues quickly without the need for on-site visits. Actually all of our services can be done remotely with the exception of our repair service.

Can I reschedule or cancel my consultation?

Yes, you can reschedule or cancel with no fee if done at least one business day prior to appointment. If less than one business day, you may incur a fee.

Turnaround times vary by service and depend on document completeness, scheduling availability, and project scope. Below are our general timelines, with Rush Service available for urgent needs.

  • CVITP (Free Tax Program): Completed within 4 hours to 5 business days after all required documents are received.

  • Paid Tax Services: Most returns are finalized within 4 hours to 5 business days following complete intake.

  • Residential & Commercial Support: Standard issues are resolved within a few hours to 5 business days, depending on complexity.

  • Device Repairs: Completed in within a few hours to 5 business days, excluding parts delays.

  • Most one-time or urgent tasks are completed within a few hours to 5 business days.

  • Scheduled weekly or monthly tasks follow your agreed workflow.
