Life happens, but so do schedules. Here's the lowdown on how Techquila Freelancing Inc. handles appointments — with flexibility, fairness, and a splash of accountability.

โฐ Cancellation Window
Plans changed? No problem — just give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel. That helps keep everything running smoother than a fresh software update.
๐ Rescheduling
Need to switch things up? Clients can reschedule at no cost — as long as it’s done before the 24-hour mark and based on availability. Just hit that reschedule link in your confirmation or message us directly.
๐ธ Late Cancellation Fee
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a $35.00 fee. It’s not about the money — it’s about valuing time on both ends of the table (or screen).
๐ซ No-Show Policy
No call, no show? That’s a no-go. If a client misses an appointment without prior notice, a $35.00 no-show fee may be applied.
Repeat no-shows may result in restricted booking privileges or require prepayment for future appointments.
๐จ Emergencies Happen
Totally get it — life can throw curveballs. If something unexpected comes up, reach out as soon as possible. Compassion is part of the Techquila code, and we’ll do what we can to accommodate.
