Appointment Policy
This Cancellation & Appointment Policy outlines the terms governing appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations with Techquila Freelancing Inc. (“we,” “our,” or “us”). It ensures efficient scheduling, fair time management, and consistent service quality for all clients.
By booking an appointment or consultation, you agree to the terms below.

1. Appointment Scheduling
Appointments can be booked through the Techquila Freelancing Inc. website, client portal, or approved scheduling platforms such as TidyCal.
All appointments are confirmed once a booking acknowledgment is received via email or text.
Depending on the nature of the service, payment or a deposit may be required prior to confirmation.
2. Cancellation Window
If you need to cancel an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
This advance notice allows us to allocate time effectively and accommodate other clients.
Cancellations received less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may incur a cancellation fee as outlined in Section 4.
3. Rescheduling
Clients may reschedule their appointments at no cost if done 24 hours or more before the scheduled time.
Rescheduling requests received within 24 hours will be treated as a late cancellation unless otherwise approved.
Rescheduling is subject to availability and may be done using:
- The reschedule link in your confirmation message, or
- Direct contact via email or text.
4. Late Cancellation and No-Show Fees
4.1 Late Cancellations
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a $35.00 late cancellation fee.
This fee compensates for reserved time and administrative scheduling costs.
4.2 No-Show Appointments
Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice constitutes a no-show.
A $35.00 no-show fee may apply.
Repeated no-shows may result in:
- Restricted booking privileges, or
- Mandatory prepayment for future appointments.
5. Emergencies and Exceptions
Techquila Freelancing Inc. recognizes that unforeseen circumstances can arise.
In the event of a medical emergency, family crisis, or other significant event, please contact us as soon as possible.
Exceptions to fees or scheduling penalties may be made at our discretion.
6. How to Cancel or Reschedule
Clients may cancel or reschedule an appointment by:
- Using the link provided in the confirmation or reminder message,
- Emailing support@techquila.ca, or Texting 587-321-5881.
Please include your name, service booked, and appointment date in all messages.
7. Appointment Reminders
Automated reminders are sent via email or text prior to scheduled appointments.
If you are not receiving reminders, please notify us so we can verify your contact details.
8. Missed Appointments and Refund Eligibility
Missed or canceled appointments are non-refundable once service time has been allocated.
Refunds or credits for cancellations are subject to our [Payment & Refund Policy].
9. Travel and On-Site Services
If travel is required for your appointment, please refer to our [Travel Policy] for applicable travel fees and prepayment requirements.
10. Policy Updates
This policy may be updated periodically to reflect operational or scheduling changes.
The most recent version will always be available on our website, and continued use of our booking system constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
