Techquila Freelancing Inc. is committed to providing reliable support to both local and regional clients. This Travel Policy outlines how travel fees are applied for in-person appointments, on-site service calls, and deliveries to ensure clarity and fairness for everyone.

 

Complimentary Service Area
We proudly serve Acme, Alberta, and surrounding communities.

Free travel is included for the first 30 kilometres (one way) from Acme, Alberta.

This coverage applies to on-site services, pick-ups, and deliveries when requested by the client.

 

Extended Travel

For service locations beyond 30 kilometres (one way) from Acme, Alberta:

A travel fee applies for each additional kilometre beyond the included range.

Fees are calculated one way only — return distance is not charged.

The current travel rate is $0.75 per kilometre, unless otherwise noted in your service agreement or quote.

 

Booking & Payment

If travel is required, clients will be informed of applicable fees before booking confirmation.

For on-site or out-of-town appointments, travel fees must be paid in full prior to service.

Travel fees are non-refundable once travel has begun or the service has been completed.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule or cancel an on-site appointment:

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

Cancellations made after travel has begun may still incur the applicable travel fee.

 

Weather & Accessibility
Techquila Freelancing Inc. reserves the right to reschedule or delay travel in cases of unsafe weather, road closures, or other travel restrictions that may affect staff or client safety.
