Deadlines, deliverables, and communication standards will be honored — unless otherwise affected by mutual agreement, client delay, or external factors.
Note: Satisfaction guarantees apply only to clearly defined service scopes. If a client is unhappy due to subjective preference (like design style, formatting, etc.), corrective service may be offered, but that doesn’t entitle the client to a refund.
❌ What’s Not Guaranteed
Techquila Freelancing Inc. does not guarantee:

Specific financial results, sales, or performance outcomes from use of services or tools

Compatibility of third-party software, platforms, or apps not developed or controlled by Techquila

Future success or compliance if a client chooses not to follow professional advice or recommendations

Legal or accounting outcomes unless services explicitly include licensed professionals in that area
🧯 Limitation of Liability
Techquila Freelancing Inc. will not be held liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost profits, data, or opportunities)

User error, client delay, or incomplete input resulting in flawed results or delivery delays

Third-party service failures (e.g. payment gateways, hosting platforms, file storage tools)

Content or files provided by the client that may result in copyright violations, technical issues, or legal concerns
Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
⚠️ Force Majeure Clause
Sometimes life throws a curveball. Techquila Freelancing Inc. is not responsible for service delays or disruptions due to events beyond control — such as natural disasters, illness, internet outages, platform crashes, or government restrictions. Reasonable accommodations will be made, but deadlines may shift.
