All materials, services, and original content provided by Techquila Freelancing Inc. — including but not limited to written content, branding, visuals, templates, documents, training resources, digital tools, and app features — are protected under Canadian copyright law and international IP agreements.
These assets are the intellectual property of Techquila Freelancing Inc. unless otherwise stated.

What This Means:

Don’t copy, redistribute, resell, or modify content, tools, or files without explicit permission.

Use of any materials provided by Techquila is licensed for personal or business use only by the original client.

Templates or downloads (like document kits, policy packs, guides) may not be distributed or used by third parties without a separate commercial license.

Any unauthorized reproduction, sale, or distribution may result in legal action.
Software & Digital Access (Light EULA)
If accessing Techquila platforms, tools, or apps, users are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the service as intended. This does not transfer ownership of any code, logic, or backend structure.
Reverse-engineering, tampering, or misuse of the app or any digital product is strictly prohibited.
Third-Party IP
If materials from other sources are used (such as royalty-free graphics or licensed fonts), those remain the property of their original creators and are used in accordance with their respective licenses.
Violations
Any unauthorized use of Techquila Freelancing Inc.’s intellectual property may result in revoked access, service termination, and/or legal pursuit. Respect the craft, respect the copyright.
